do not we sit silent in fear and disbelief
are not we overgrown with weeds of remorse and relief
does a spark not start a fire when i look into your eyes
are not you my desire when i breath in all your lies
is love not a madness born within us all
are we not merely play-things lined up along a wall
do not we lower our gaurds in the light of the sun
are not life and loves built custom for one

as to say promises are made to keep confidence high
as to say martyrs are fools, promised rewards if they die

does not truth meet with falicy and kiss her on the lips
if to say intamicy and passion merely grace the other's finger tips

are not fortunes forcasted and downfalls fortold
do not some ruin the majik for the young and the old
is not this incarnation a state of beauty, in itself
are we not all posessers of our own magnificent wealth

I love this. Well-written and philosophical. There are a couple of spelling errors here and there but they don't take away from the message.=)

This is quite a delightful piece of work. Very applicable to me now. I will read it many times to come.
